Che’ Tolentino is a licensed Esthetician and Corrective Skincare Coach with 9 years of skincare experience. She began her career with Ulta Beauty during the period of her career where she was focused on what is known as “zen” skincare. After doing “zen” skincare for a while she began her pursuit to learn more and quickly found her passion in medical esthetics, while working with a few reputable dermatologists in Maryland. From that time forward, Che’ fell in love with corrective skincare because it provided the best skincare results she had ever seen.

As a long time educator, Che’ got her start working as a part-time Professor at a Community College based in Baltimore, MD. Che’ always had a love for providing information by way of her teaching style named, “simplicity structure”. Simplicity Structure is her method of taking complex terminology and in-depth anatomy and breaking it down to the absolute basics of understanding. While teaching she has learned to correlate the lessons to real life scenarios because she understands that each student learns differently.

While Che’ has enjoyed mastering how to correct acne prone skin, she is just as adamant about educating each client on the importance of home care regimens that maintain well balanced skin! She believes that your client’s skincare journey is only as good as the education you give them to empower results outside of her chair.

Before becoming an esthetician, Ché suffered from acne for YEARS. Her struggle with maintaining clear skin has become the driving force behind her desire to become one of the best and most sought after corrective skincare professionals on the east coast. 

She knows first hand what it feels like to lose your confidence and simply want to hide your face from the world. When her clients come to see her to correct some of the worst skin conditions they have ever faced, it’s not just business,

"Che  believes that being pretty goes much deeper than what you see on the surface". Yet, she knows that when you look your best, you feel even better! 

This backstory is the reason for her strong desire to teach and spread information to other estheticians on how to correct true skin concerns.

Her methods and techniques have proven themselves to be effective. 

Che has not only provided clients with a new found understanding of self-love and confidence, she has also provided estheticians with the encouragement they need to do treatments with a more corrective approach.
